Shipping Policy
Welcome to Javy! We highly appreciate your visit and shopping at our store. Below is our Shipping Policy’s terms and conditions.
Shipment processing time
The orders will be processed within 3 – 7 business days. Please note that no shipment will be made during weekends and or holidays.
However, the shipment for high volume orders (on season) may be delayed for a few days. Nevertheless, in case of delay, we will notify you thru email or immediately contact you via phone call. Kindly give us additional days to fulfill our obligation.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
The total shipping charges for all your orders will be computed and shown upon checking out. Free shipping offers only apply to orders within the USA
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The shipment for PO boxes addresses can only be accepted/used within the US, US Territories and APO/FDO/DPO.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
A Shipment Confirmation with its tracking number(s) will be emailed to the sender once the order has been shipped. The tracking number will just be in forced for 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customs duties and taxes that will be imposed during or after the shipment of the order is not the responsibility of Javy. Hence, any fees (tariffs, etc) that will be applied shall be the customer’s obligation.
Damaged / Lost Orders
Javy will not be liable for any damaged or lost products during shipment. If the order received is not in good condition or damage, you may contact the shipment carrier at once.
All packaging materials and damaged goods must be saved in order to file a claim.
If your order shows as delivered but has not been received by you, please reach out to us within 15 days so we can ship a replacement. Requests coming in beyond that timeframe will unfortunately not be entertained.
RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE ORDER
If you've received an incomplete order or are missing items from your order, please email support@javycoffee.com. Include your name, order number, email address, a written explanation of the issue, and a picture of the item you received. In this instance, we will ship a replacement of the correct order to you. Refunds will not be issued. This would be required within 15 days of the tracking show the order as delivered. Any request beyond 15 days will unfortunately, not be entertained.
RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT
If you received the wrong product, please email support@javycoffee.com. Include your name, order number, email address, a written explanation of the issue, and a picture of the item you received. In this instance, we will ship a replacement of the correct order to you. Refunds will not be issued. This would be required within 15 days of the tracking show the order as delivered. LATE ARRIVAL OF ORDER
While we try our level best to ensure you receive your order within 5-7 days of your purchase, we cannot guarantee that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping and inventory issues. We are unable to refund for items not being delivered by a specific date, special occasion, or holiday. Each product description states how long shipping could take. Please take note of this when ordering. Once an order has shipped we will no longer be able to edit or cancel the order.
