Spiked Coffee Cocktail with Coffee Foam
This cocktail is the perfect choice for when you’re feeling indecisive. It uses potato vodka, which adds a lovely creamy mouthfeel, and French Vanilla coffee concentrate, which adds a lovely coffee sweetness. The drink is topped with coffee foam and a coffee bean garnish, which adds a decadent finish to an already luxurious drink.
- 1-2 tsp of Javy French Vanilla Coffee Concentrate
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
- 50 mL English potato vodka
- 1 tsp of coffee liquor
- 15 mL simple syrup
- 3 dashes of chocolate bitters
- 4 coffee beans
Begin making the whipped coffee cream by combining Javy coffee, brown sugar, and hot water in a small bowl.
Using an electric mixer, whip the ingredients around 2-3 minutes until it turns light and fluffy. For more of a whipped cream texture, whip longer.
Separately, add vodka, coffee liqueur, simple syrup, and chocolate bitters to the glass.
Add ice and stir to combine.
Gently top drink with Dalgona foam. Garnish with coffee beans.
