Iced Coffee with Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam
This iced coffee with pumpkin spice cold foam is a creamy, pumpkin spice-flavored heavy cream topping that Starbucks serves on cold brew coffee beverages. The cold foam floats on top of the drink and slowly cascades into it.If you love a pumpkin spice latte then you’ll love this similar recipe.
- 8 oz water
- 2 tbsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 2 tbsp oat milk
- 1-2 tbsp Pumpkin Pure
- 2 oz half and half
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1-2 tsp Maple syrup
- Pumpkin Spice syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Fill the bottom of a tall cup with pumpkin sauce. Add ice, water and Javy Coffee Concentrate, stir it up and pour the milk.
Put cold half & half, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and maple into a small container.
Mix the ingredients using a milk frother or hand whisk until the half & half double in volume.
Pour the cold foam on top of the iced coffee.
