Cookie Butter Cold Brew
If you are looking for a drink that is equal parts refreshing and comforting, this delicious recipe will be the right one for you.One of the best features of this recipe is how ridiculously easy it’s to make it (that’s mostly because of Javy)
- 1 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/3 cup cookie butter or biscoff cookie spread
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1-2 tsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1 cup of Almond Milk
- Ice cubes
- Whipped Cream (optional)
- Chocolate Sauce drizzle (optional)
Place the half and half, cookie butter and sugar in a blender and blend until smooth. Let the creamer rest to remove the bubbles, and store in a closed container, in the fridge. Use within a week.
Fill a tall glass with ice, milk and Javy coffee concentrate and stir, Add a splash of creamer on top, or more to taste, and stir. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate sauce drizzle if desired.
