Chocolate Cream Cold Brew
We all dream of a silky, chocolaty cream cold foam cold brew from time to time. If you’re one of those who love the taste of chocolate in their daily coffee fix then this combination will be your new favorite.The best part of this delicious recipe is that it’s totally dairy-free and gluten-free, and you won't need any fancy ingredients. It also takes just a few minutes to make and the only special equipment you need is a milk frother to make the chocolate cream, although you also make it in a small blender or french press!
- 1-2 tsp Javy Coffee Concentrate (we recommend using our Javy Mocha Coffee Concentrate)
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup of water
- 1-2 tsp Vanilla Syrup
- 3/ 4 Oat Milk creamer (Or any plant-based creamer)
- 1 full Tbsp Chocolate Jelly (Can be replaced with Agar-Agar and cocoa powder)
Start making the cold brew by adding Javy coffee concentrate, ice, and water to a large glass. Stir it up until everything is combined. Add 2 pumps of Vanilla syrup and mix.
To make the chocolate cold foam, froth the oat creamer and the jelly powder, using a milk frother, french press, or small blender, until you get a smooth and frothy foam.
Pour the chocolate cold foam over the coffee and enjoy!
